I don't actually raise White Rosecombs either... I did for a while, but it's either too sunny or too muddy here and I just could not keep them clean and free of brassiness.
White Rosecombs are one of the oldest varieties, but they are getting pretty hard to find these days. The Black ones are usually better quality, and personally I just like the colorful varieties!
